Could somebody tell me, please, if Uscis is sending 2 notices for finger printing? I mean one notice with one date and another notice with another date?Or is sending only 1 appointment.
I don't know where I read that you have to go for the finger printing 2 times.

Minimum requirement for Sr. Software Engineer can be MS + 2 years experience.

It showed 'Tamil Nadu' on my wife's Appointment letter too, even though she has been a resident in US for last 6 years (also she's originally from Kerala). There was no problem at the interview. So don't worry.

Thanks guys. I just sat down and started trowing things on the canvas. It all came together by accedent. I still have some other little stuff to add to it.

Msians will be issued a visa the the point of entry. Commonwealth country thingy.
Spoken to my attorney and she says its no problem getting back into the US with a AP.
I use AP last year with no issues while going back to Msia for a visit. I guess i am paranoid about dealing with US immigration.

There is an option to avail a child care leave(4 years) and the employer will hold the job as this is official policy of the organization that belongs to a state government.Will there be a problem then being in AOS and not working and moreover recently received a RFE for EVL 2 weeks ago and we submitted it already?

I am sorry this may have been discussed before,.
If 485 from current company is denied, can I use i-140 and EAD and join a different company and have my status safe.. If so, what will be my next steps and what will jhave to be applied again. Current company , lets say will not revoke 140.

I f there is one word difference between first name in marriage certificate and birth certificate will that be basis for rejection of application or will it just be RFE?
First name on the birth certificate and passport is the same but instaed of "ta"there is "tha" in marriage certificate .Due holiday ,it is just impoossible to get affidavit by tonight.
Please I sincerely appreciate your opinion what should be done in such case?

Hi, My mother lives in Haiti, i was not able to file a petition for her before the earthquake happened. Now with all of that going on, i need to know how to file and get her quicker to the us? Any response will be greatly appreciated, thank you

If I'm not mistaken, PD is only linked to your I-140 receipt notice as it is specifically for labor authorization / certification.
As long as it shows on your I-140, you should be fine.
